Has anyone seen this and tried it on the stereopi?

Would love to get 360 video working on mine, I'm away at the moment but will try it when I get home unless you guys think it wouldn't work

According to https://www.crowdsupply.com/virt2real/s ... and-videos someone started to test 360x180, at least in photo.
I suspect fisheye stitching being a bit heavier than rectilinear camera images, so you possibly would get a lower FPS at same size, but in theory it sounds feasible. You might have a bit things to learn and experiment though.

The ability to record video from each camera stream, and then convert it to 360.

For the 360 degree video you need a couple of 200 degree cameras, Waveshare 'M' model. We're prefer to use 'G' model (160 degree), but it is not enough FOV for the 360 video.
