I need help. Is it posible to rotate one camera on sterepi with v4l2-ctl --set-ctrl and capture it with raspivid -3d sbs -w 1280 -h 480 -o 1.h264.

Unfortunately no. Raspivid implements it’s own settings and works with camera without v4l2.
