Anybody had any issues with a USB Jack's contact catching and crushing against the back of the jack? Pic on Imgur here:

Repairs possible without reflow ovens & such, or?

I bought three of these (and two of the slim) - this is the only one that failed in this manner.

Hi Dave,
We have a couple of similar issues. Looks like some USB connectors have a factory defects, and can be damaged while inserting a USB dongle. Neither our team, nor factory quality control team was able to repeat this damage But sometimes it happens.
I can suggest to send you a replacement board, and just sent you a email to the address you used for registering on this forum.
