USB Header pinout?

This might be a dumb question but does anyone have diagram for the USB header? What I want to have eventually is to go from the USB header to a USB C plug which I am going to use a SanDisk 500GB portable SSD with.

Oops, I need to add it to the Wiki.
You may find pin marked by "1" (near HDMI connector). This is 5v pin.
Opposite pin (near camera CSI-2 connector) is a ground.
So:
1 - 5V (marked by "1", near HDMI connector)
2 - D-
3 - D+
4 - GND (near CSI-2 connector)
