Hi everyone,
I'm new to this and I would like to use the StereoPi 2 for an artwork. However, it is not possible to purchase a RPi Compute Module 4 (CM4) in the UK at the moment. They are sold out everywhere!!!!
My question is, do I need to use a RPi Compute Module 4 (CM4) or can I connect the SteroPi2 to a RPI 4B for instance? Or any other suitably powerful RPI computer.
I have not been able to find guidance on how the StereoPi communicates with the raspberry pi module, and therefore I can't determine if a different RPI would work.
Thank you in advance for any guidance!
Louise

Hello Louise,
StereoPi is using the particular version of Raspberry Pi, the CM4. Unfortunately, you can't use the regular Raspberry Pi instead of CM4
CM4 is difficult to find these days (chipageddon is not over yet). But if you buy the StereoPi V2 Camera Kit, it includes CM4.
