Camera 1 not detected

Hi all,

I feel bad using the forum as a help ticketing system, but seems to be the way to go.

I have a v0.9 Stereopi from the original CrowdSupply buy which I'm finally trying to get going. I have tried both the v0.2.3 SLP and a current Raspbian install with the dt-blob. Cameras in all cases are Raspi Cam V2 NOIR,

In both cases:

1. "vcgencmd get_camera" returns "supported=2 detected=1"
2. "raspistill -cs 0 -v" appears successful, "raspistill -cs 1 -v" returns:

mmal: Could not select camera : error 3
mmal: main: Failed to create camera component
mmal: Failed to run camera app. Please check for firmware updates

3. I've swapped the (camera+cable) sets and had the same behavior.

Further options for debugging?

Many thanks, everyone.

Hello ammarburg ,
Yes, the forum is the right place to go :-)
Sorry for this issue with your board. I see you did a lot of troubleshooting steps. If you have this error with the "-cs 0" option in both cases (before and after camera swap), then it looks like a second CSI-2 connector issue. I can suggest you a board replacement.

I sent you an email (to the address you used to register on this forum). Please answer.

Hi Eugene,

Just confirming I replied to the email earlier this week. Let me know if it didn't come through.

Hi ammarburg,
Replacement confirmed by Crowd Supply, and they will ship it to you in a few days!
I also replied to your email.

Hate to harp on this, but I have not had any communication from Crowd Supply. Is a replacement still in the works?

Thanks!
