Communicating Stereo Pi with Another Raspberry Pi

Is it possible to communicate a stereo pi board with another Raspberry Pi board.

Yes. You can do it by the network (Ethernet or WiFi), or by GPIO. There are a lot of ways to do this.
What are you planning to do with this communicated couple of devices?
