Custom Board Process?

Hey Stereo Pi Folks,
I know the StereoPi uses a custom PCB. I am working on a similar project, and want to add some additional sensors to make a night vision stereoscopic camera with display. Can anyone help a newbie on how to get a prototype custom pcb board built with whatever components embedded in it that I need?
