New to steropi and it wont load up

Hi,
I have been given a stereoP1 v2.02 with dual cameras but what Image am I supposed to load onto the sd card?
As when I use SLP-raspbian 190613 from the link on stereopi website it comes up needing an updated firmware when booting.
Also, I have to use the usb port with a card reader to boot as it won't boot from the sd slot.

I'm wanting it to boot to show the Vr page.
