Waveshare CM4 Alternative with NPU and Visual Processing Core

Waveshare have announced a CM4 compatible board which may be a wonderful upgrade for Stereo Pi v2. It includes a quad core CPU, dual core GPU, a neural processing unit for machine learning and some kind of hardware vision processing pipeline. Will be interesting to play around with for sure.
