3D prinatble case for StereoPi v2 with HQ lens housing
3D prinatble case for StereoPi v2 with HQ lens housing
Hi. I'm new to the forum, and have been experimenting with a StereoPi for a few weeks (bought through work on the crowdfunder, but only recently assembled becuase of Covid and other delays). I'd like to print some sort of case for it to protect the internals, but before I design something myself I wondered if anyone had already made one. I was thinking of something that mounts over the brass spacers between the HQ camera mount and the backplate, with appropriate holes for access to ports and sockets. Has anyone made anything similar?

Hi GrahamF,
We didn't design this part of the enclosure yet. If you wish to design it by your own, you might need some extra drawings of HQ set. We've uploaded some drawings of Metal HQ housing and acrylic backplate today to our Wiki / StereoPi v2 mechanics. I hope this helps!

Thanks! That's really helpful. I'll see what I can come up with and post some pictures here if it works out
