Remote broadcast to VR

Howdy,
Im trying to setup a VR Live streaming scenario for remote teleop using stereo pi.
Hardware config:
Stereopi V2
Jetson Nano
Oculus Quest 2 remote on separate network
I have the SLP Working and can see camera feeds in my local network. I setup Zerotier and connected my phone with it as a test and it DID connect and pull up the stereopi admin page. However it seems to keep trying to connect and refresh the page, never bringing up the camera feed.
Is there a particular Zerotier configuration necessary
