I'm trying to calculate the size of the grains within the picture attached, any recommendations?

Hi Yhajaj,

If you can put the reference object to the photo (for the single-image approach).

For the stereoscopic approach you just need to calibrate the camera appropiately. You can build the pointcloud, and get the real 3d coordinates of each "corner" on the image to estimate their size.
