Oops, I need to add it to the Wiki.
You may find pin marked by "1" (near HDMI connector). This is 5v pin.
Opposite pin (near camera CSI-2 connector) is a ground.
So:
1 - 5V (marked by "1", near HDMI connector)
2 - D-
3 - D+
4 - GND (near CSI-2 connector)

Re: OTG support
Yes, you can safely plug both micro USB and power, bat in this case power from power connector will be ignored (VD4 part of the schematics). We do it to avoid direct connection of two power sources (micro USB and external power). I would rather say that no power will be drawn from the micro-USB con...

Re: 3d cam with mobile phone as viewfinder and controller
stereomii and stereomaton, Gol created an update for S.L.P. image. Can you please test it? 1. Where to download: https://wiki.stereopi.com/downloads/ 2. What should you download: stereopi-0.2.2.tar.gz (2.2 Mb size) 3. How to install: put this file in BOOT partition on micro SD, reboot. Update will b...

Re: apt-get update/upgrade
NiamoR42, if you want to update S.L.P. image, it is a bit tricky. This image is designed for special active use, so there are two useful (for users), but problematic (for updaters) features: 1. Filesystem is read-only. This feature allow you to save all data and ability to work in a case of occasion...

By the way, are you planning to add vent holes at the bottom, or you have no temperature issues? Are you using CM3 or CM3+?

Re: Using USB Cameras
I have been trying to make my own stereo camera and I recently found stereopi. I have been using my two logitech c270 cameras with open cv. I got some good results but not as good as stereopi's. So I wanted to try stereopi but looks like it only works with raspberry's camera modules. Looks like ste...

Re: OTG support
I saw the small image extraction on the wiki, but at the time, I did not catch it. Sorry, could you please clarify this notice? :-) With the whole schematics, it is easier to understand. The schematics also allowed me to understand that the USB-slave jumper is not related to OTG (and totally useles...

Re: Basic stereophoto with raspistill
Stetreomaton, thank you for your code and usage example! One more tip. Sometimes you need to swap left and right images. There are two approaches. 1. Do horisontal flip (use -hf key). Actually raspistill will flip each image, but not stereopair. It's a little puzzle to your brain, but in this case y...

Re: OTG support
Stereomaton, we'll release PDF versions of our schematics in the nearest days. The main idea is when you connect StereoPi by micro USB to your computer, system disconnects LAN9513 chip, and expose Compute Module's USB directly to micro USB pins . In this mode you can use it in client mode, like with...

Re: Stereo Equirectangular Projection Live Stream
I'm surprised if you need the gldownload and friends to make this work on MacOS. This should work, without the GPU -> CPU -> GPU overhead: Thaytan, Wildag's task is to obtain equirectangular projection on the Oculus Go. Ideally we have only StereoPi (CM3 onboard) and Oculus Go (or Quest). So we hav...

Re: Basic Case too hot?
Hi - as per my make on thingiverse ( https://www.thingiverse.com/make:656192 ) I am writing to ask that you add a hole and mounting screws for a 40mm fan on the base of the StereoPi case. The Pi3 module gets hot and the cameras do too. As you can see in the link, I added a small fan which helps a l...
