Servo Control
Trying to get the servo control working in the V2 software. Is enabled, joystick option, picked 17 an 18 gpio with defaults. Saved settings. Nothing appears on the display with neither joystick or slider options. Must be a trick I am missing somewhere. Is there any examples available maybe? Regards

Re: Problems capturing still images
After flashng the Stereopi Image to the Stereopi, do you use the rpiboot again and edit config.txt and the cosmostreamer.conf files?

Re: Video playback? speed problems
My guess to the changing the resolution would be to also change the bitrate. But it is just a guess. As to the latest SLP2 version not working, my latest adventures in that area led me to ditch the RPi imager and use Balena Etcher, and then go change the cosmos.conf file in the boot directory using ...

The camera 3 module does not work out of the box.

Anybody know how to make one?

Re: Video playback? speed problems
The stereopi needs a lot of power. Are you powering it from your phone while your phone manages a few other things? If so, a separate power bank for the stereopi might solve your problem.

Re: Keeps rebooting.
It appears that the RPI imager has developed an aversion to the SLP v2. After flashing it goes into a rebooting loop when I tried it. After much gnashing of teeth, I resorted to reading the manuals and discovered that the file cosmostreamer.conf is the key to the kingdom. To the solve the problem; r...

Keeps rebooting.
Finally got around to using the version 2 of the Stereopi and I've tried both versions, the beta and regular of the SLP 2 and the stereopi gets to the Stereopi screen but then reboots. When the SLP was flashed using the RPI imager it occasionally changed the values for passwords in the RPI imager se...

Re: New guide: StereoPi used as USB device
The goal was to add a webcam to my new desktop computer. This was accomplished in two ways. First using the Stereopi as stock SLP out of the box and Manycam to redirect the browsers output to both Skype and a Flash based system used in browsers. Secondly using the Stereopi via a usb connection and a...

Re: New guide: StereoPi used as USB device
I removed the pi-=hole from the system in case that was the issue. I do not think it was. The rpi is fresh and it SSH's to other computers and can be accessed similarily. The up-to-date windows 10 machine has a ping to the assigned 192.168.3.2 address of <1ms or 0 avg. 5 pings with min .074 ms, max ...

Re: New guide: StereoPi used as USB device
I am using the light blue USB ports on both the windows box and the rpi. I noticed a cabling issue earlier when the gadget would not appear at all in the network, but i had tried to use a cable with a built in power switch instead of my trusty goto cables. My trusty ones have a ecomoto green tag and...

Re: New guide: StereoPi used as USB device
Started with a fresh flash of SLP, unlocked the file system and changed the files as per the article. Set windows to assign 192.168.3.2 to the gadget with netmask 255.255.255.0. as you suggested and the Ping was successful, however with SSH 192.168.3.1 times out and the gadget at 192.168.3.2 refuses...
