OK, I was able to get it to boot by using a different SD card ( a rather cheap 32gb ONN ) and reinstalled everything and it was able to boot.
Although i'm not too familiar with the specifics, it seems as RPI4 has issues with certain SD cards (Primarily sandisk from what I can tell).

Got it, didn't see the anything mentioning the white screen. So it turns out the wide angle cameras aren't working. is there something I need to change to get those to work? Also, the camera end of the ribbon should have the blue facing the camera lens (the connector for the wide angle is oppoosite ...
