So finally I got rid of all the Picamera things, and used cv2.VideoCapture instead. Now time to do some calibration. I'll post my result in here.

I don't know if that resulation will be enough, and 17fps is lower than I expected. I don't want to get commercial ones, they are too expensive for our team. After researching more about it I find out I made a big mistake by buying two usb cams. I'm trying to build an object tracking system for our UAV. I tried some ai based ones but they need a lot of processing power as you know. Stereo cameras are good choice for me because I don't even know the shape...
